In the Cool of the Day:Devotions for your week

The Bible says in Genesis 3 that the Adam and Eve heard the Lord walking in the Garden in the cool of the day. I personally believe He was looking for them because they always spent that time together.I'm not saying that there is any magical time of day you should be spending with the Lord, but I am saying any quiet time that you can get where there is a stillness and a peace, like early in the morning or late at night, is  probably the best time to talk to and with Him. He does hear you and He will answer.

Isaiah 53:3-4
"He was despised and rejected--a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins!"  Isaiah 53:3-4(NLT)
